Drafting layer only — nothing speaks or sends to a customer as the business without the owner's separate word.

Includes lead first-touch: for a new lead, the system drafts an instant acknowledgment (speed-to-lead) — a human sends it and owns the conversation; there is no automated drip after it.

This app does not answer phones, does not send messages, and is not connected to any phone or messaging system. Triage here is a simple keyword classifier (labeled as such — not AI). A human reads every draft and decides.
